          Free shipping over $2500.00 for 24 states.  The following states offer free shipping over $3000.00:  AL, AR, FL, IA, KS, LA, MO, MN, MS, ND, OK, NE.  Orders over $6000.00 that offer free shipping are as follows:  AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, NM, MT, OR, TX, WA, WY, ND, SD, and UT. Continental United States only.  If your state is not listed  you would have a requirement of $2500.00 to qualify for free shipping.  This does not apply to Drop Ship Fees.  Drop Ship Fees are applied to bring an order to a residence.   Any cancellations made more than 48 hours after placement of order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Any special items can not be cancelled. If your shipment is below the minimum for free freight, customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Material returned must arrive freight prepaid and will be accepted subject to inspection. Merchandise that is accepted for return will incur a 20%-50% restocking fee. The minimum charge for any return is $50.00 plus any outbound freight charges that Jerith might have paid.
 

     Please note:  Jerith is a major manufacturer that has agreed to "drop ship".  They ship out, but do not accept most returns.  The factory is not set up like a store.  If there are any questions, regarding this policy, please call before you place your order. 

         
 

To our valued customers: We at Austintown Fence and our customers rely heavily on carrier services. These carriers are much needed and very appreciated, although sometimes bumps and bangs can happen. To ensure quality delivery, it is necessary that your count of boxes matches the bill of lading. If there are any shortages, it is imperative that this is noted on the paperwork that you are signing for, with the delivery company.

Check all boxes for damage and sign accordingly. If you can't check everything inside, sign "Product received subject to concealed damage-seven day notice required". Make sure you keep a copy of this receipt, if a claim has to be made. If there is any damage or shortages delivered through common carrier, the claim needs to be made to the trucking company by the receiving customer, not with Austintown Fence. Please make sure a responsible adult signs accordingly, if there is any shortage or damage. Do not send material back. There will be a flat fee added to your invoice for any residential delivery.  This residential service will include a call before delivery and a lift-gate truck if available.

     Please note:  Home Businesses are subject to a Residential Drop Fee.  A standard Business Drop is subject to the following rules:  A fork-lift is required to off-load the material.  The driver will only bring your material to the gate of the truck.  He is not required to help on load the material.  Business must have room for a semi-truck.  A Business Drop does not necessarily include a "call ahead".  Carriers expect the businesses to have regular business hours.

Customers are responsible for filing claims with common carriers. Please do not instruct the carrier to return shipments, or customer will be subject to freight charges and restocking fees. This will not be credited back. All products will leave our
location in good condition.
Make all claims promptly. All damages must be declared within 10 days by customer to the trucking company, NOT Austintown Fence.
